We will ship your order of stock items within 1-2 working days from time of order. We aim for next day. If this is inconvenient please let us know preferred delivery date and we will schedule delivery at your convenience.

We will advise approximate delivery time of available to order (ATO) watches prior to purchase. Timescale may vary.

Delivery to UK

Orders made within the UK / EU will be shipped via Royal Mail, Ferrari Group, Fedex or DHL with appropriate insurance.

Delivery is FREE when ordering within UK


Standard orders made outside the UK / EU will be shipped via Fedex, DHL or Ferrari express guarded delivery depending on value of items.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2-7 days subject to terms and conditions.

Delivery, duty, and VAT fees are payable in addition to sale price when ordering outside of the UK / EU.

We are not responsible for import duties and associated taxes so please check due fees in your country when ordering.

Seven Day Refund/Exchange Policy

Please read our policy carefully. KiddyKind wants you to be pleased with your purchase, in the event our item does not meet your expectations, please notify us promptly to resolve any issues. Items are eligible for refund/exchange within 7 days from the date your package is delivered.

Refund/ Exchange Conditions

Please be advised that to qualify for a refund, the item being returned must be in the condition that it was sold. You are required to retain all original packaging in which the items were shipped. Please ship back all items that were included in the original package. We also ask that you pack your return safely to avoid any possible damage when being reshipped to KiddyKind. If all items are not included in the return shipment, refunds will be delayed until the successful return of those items to KiddyKind.


Once your item is received it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage which could adversely affect your refund. Upon completion of inspection, a refund will then be processed. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. In the unlikely event that a return package becomes missing in transit an insurance claim will be processed, and a refund will only be issued upon the completion of the claim. KiddyKind does not offer cash refunds for any reason. Please allow up to three (3) business days for funds to be credited back to the original account.
