This collection of products has been inspired by the Egyptian cat Goddess, Bastet who served as the divine mother. This collection helps with inflammation relief, anxiety relief, soothes skin irritation, reduced muscle tension, eases constipation and is emotionally calming making it perfect for expecting mothers, postpartum or any stage of matrescence. 

The Bastet’s Care aromatherapy candle has signature notes of chamomile, lavender and frankincense to create a deep soulful peaceful aroma that is soothing, calming and nourishing for the skin, and that relaxes the mind and body, bringing clarity and release.

We use our proprietary blend of 100% innovative plant-based wax, predominantly made from coconut wax. This wax does not contain palm or paraffin products and is entirely renewable and biodegradable. We have optimised this candle for the best scent through a process of rigorous testing.

Our wooden wicks are sustainably sourced and offer a more eco-friendly alternative to cotton wicks. This is because the production of cotton, even for something the size of a wick, is a heavy pesticide and water-intensive process. Wooden wicks burn much cleaner with less soot, which makes them the perfect choice.

We choose not to include harsh chemical dyes in our candles and instead choose essential oils for a sustainable and natural outcome. The wax encapsulates the fragrance oil, suspending it within the candle so that it can be released as heat is applied to the surface of the candle – allowing the scent molecules to escape with ease, and making it perfect to use around newborns and in your home environment.
